Major overhaul of heating main TM-3 along pipeline T-1 from the junction with chamber UT-16 (intersection of A. Moldagulova and G. Potanin streets) to chamber UT-19 (near 5/1 A. Moldagulova St.).

Total estimated construction cost
KZT 363,820.206 thousand, including construction and installation works — KZT 305,322.592 thousand, equipment, furniture and fittings — KZT 3,819.132 thousand.
The project upgrades a section of the TM-3 main heating network on A. Moldagulova St. (from G. Potanin St. to the area of building 5/1). 485 metres of large-diameter heating main (820–1020 mm) are being modernised. Pipes in polyurethane foam insulation with an operational remote monitoring system guarantee a stable heat supply to consumers even at extreme temperatures down to −40°C.
